We know that ventilation in swimming pools, on ships and in production companies is exposed to conditions that increase the risk of corrosion and shorten the life of the duct. This can be due to both the high salt content in the air and chemical vapors.
As in buildings, the ventilation system on ships is also an important part of the ship's fire protection, because the ventilation can carry fire and smoke around the entire ship. The fire-retardant properties of the coating help to prevent the fire from spreading and contribute to fire protection.
Compared to traditional methods for controlling corrosion in ventilation and fire protection, our Danish-produced solution is cost-effective, as we avoid many of the traditional costs for materials and labor. At the same time, it is a fast method, so daily routines are minimally affected.
The solution can be adapted to both round and square ventilation ducts in different sizes. the coating is flexible and can be used on the surfaces typically found in the ventilation system.

Fire retardant. Almost impossible to ignite and self-extinguishing. Tested cf. the requirements in DS / En 1361-1 2013 and DS428 (fire technical measures in ventilation ducts)

Good resistance to chemical vapors with pH values from 3 to 12. However, different acids, bases etc. can have different effects on the coatings. Therefore, if one is to be sure, then the coating must be tested specifically against the media to which they will be exposed in the individual application.
